1. Set your season goal

Open Databases โ†’ Holiday Settings โ†’ ๐ŸŽ„ My Holiday Season and type your goal for the season in Season Sales Goal. The ๐ŸŽฏ Goal line on the dashboard shows how close you are.

2. Clear the sample data (1 minute)

In each table on the dashboard, click the first row's checkbox, press Shift + click on the last row, then press Delete. Leave the ๐ŸŽ„ My Holiday Season row in Holiday Settings โ€” that's your hub.

3. Add your products

Click + New under ๐Ÿ“ฆ Holiday Products & Stock. Add the price, how many you plan to sell, how many you've sold and how many are in stock. Tick Digital for printables and downloads. Stock turns ๐ŸŸก at 5 or fewer and ๐Ÿ”ด at zero.

4. Add your key dates

Add Black Friday, Cyber Monday, your own sale days and your shipping cutoffs under โณ Key Dates. Shipping cutoffs change every year โ€” copy the exact dates from your carrier's holiday shipping page. Countdowns turn ๐ŸŸก at 21 days and ๐Ÿ”ด at 7 days. Tick Done to hide a date.

5. Plan your promos

Add each sale or coupon under ๐Ÿ“ฃ Promotions with a start and end date. After it runs, type in the orders and revenue to see your average order.

6. Work the checklist

Add prep tasks with a due date. They show ๐ŸŸข โ†’ ๐ŸŸก โ†’ ๐Ÿ”ด as the date gets close and โš ๏ธ if late. Tick Done when finished.

New rows you add from the dashboard link to your hub automatically. If you add a row from inside the Databases page instead, set its Shop field to ๐ŸŽ„ My Holiday Season.

๐Ÿ” Use it all year

After the holidays, rename the hub to your next season (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Back to School, Summer Sale), set a new goal, and swap in that season's products, dates and promos. Same dashboard, every sales season.
