Set up in about 15 minutes at the start of each semester. Your dashboard updates on its own after that.

1. Set up your semester

Open Databases → Semester Settings → 🩺 Fall 2026 Semester. Rename it to your semester and type your required Clinical Hours Goal.

2. Clear the sample data (1 minute)

In each table on the dashboard, click the first row's checkbox, Shift + click the last row, then press Delete. Keep your semester row — that's your hub.

3. Add your courses

Add each course with its code, credits and instructor. Type your Current Grade %, your Target % and your program's Passing %. Each course shows 🟢 on track, 🟡 below target or 🔴 below passing.

4. Add exams & assignments from your syllabus

Add every exam, quiz, care plan, paper, ATI/HESI test and skills check-off with its due date and course. Countdowns turn 🟡 at 14 days and 🔴 at 7. Tick Done and add your score when it's back.

5. Log your clinicals

Add each clinical shift with the site, unit, start time and hours. Past shifts count toward your hours automatically. Tick Paperwork Done when your care plan or write-up is turned in.

6. Track your skills

Move each skill from Not started → Practiced → ✅ Checked off, and log how many times you've practiced.

Rows added from the dashboard link to your hub automatically. If you add one inside the Databases page, set its Hub field to your semester.

🔁 Every new semester

Rename the hub, update your clinical hours goal, and add the new courses and syllabus dates. Keep your skills list — it carries over.
